How to use this site
Navigation: It could be that you're young enough to be able to navigate around a shopping web-site with the greatest of ease, and perhaps when you come to pay can even use SECPay! But if you're the wrong side of 50, chances are you could use a little help so (being the wrong side of 50) we've tried to make selecting and purchasing product as easy as possible. HOWEVER…if you feel you simply can't or don't want to go through the sweat of buying on line you can always call us on 01235 862540 during reasonable working hours and we can take your card details over the 'phone.
1. When you have decided you would like to buy an item simply put the quantity you want in the quantity box.
2. Then press the "add to cart" box and you will then see details of your intended purchase...so far you haven't actually bought anything so no worries.
3. After a few seconds these details will disappear from view and you will be returned to the window from which you made your intended purchase.
4. If you want to see what you have chosen and how much it all comes to then click on the grey button at the top that says "view cart". When you are happy with what you see click on "continue shopping" if you want to continue shopping
5. If you want to alter how much is in you cart you can add quantities by changing the number in the quantity box. Simply put your cursor to the left of the amount and click "delete" or to the right of it and click "backspace".
6. When you have finished click the "update" button to see the new amount.
7. If you press the "remove" button you will remove quantities but you can always retrieve the original number by pressing the "retrieve" button.
If you want to continue shopping press "continue shopping" button, which will take you, back to that part of the shop where you made your intended purchase.
8. So if you want to practise this you can print this bit out and look at it as you proceed. (PRINT)
9. Now to complete your purchase press the "check out now" button. This will show you your total purchase...BUT...if you want to alter the quantities of products you still can...just click on "view cart" and you will revert to your shopping cart. If you want to send the products to someone else as a Gift perhaps? Then click in the box as shown and you will be able to add the address later on. Click the "I agree with terms & conditions"
10. Now if you wish to continue to purchase and you are sure the shopping details are correct press the "next" button.
This will take you to where you have to fill in your details, name address etc. At the bottom of these questions you will see "ship to separate UK address (we only ship in the U.K.) and if this has a "yes" next to it then press "next". You will then be shown the shopping trolley and contents again and you will be asked to give details of where you want the goods shipped to.
11. When you have done this…it's time to pay and you can then press "next" which takes you to our secure payment site. You can either pay by credit card as indicated, by SECPay or should your nerves fail you, you can still pay over the phone by calling us on 01235 862540.
12. It's that easy!!
